Return Policy
At Swamp Stick, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. For any returns within 60 days, we cover the return shipping costs. Items must be in their unused original condition and packaging. For returns, contact our support team to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount for items returned due to customer preference.
Warranty
We believe in the quality of our products. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship with a two (2) year warranty from the original date of purchase on our Swamp Stick® products. This warranty does not cover miss use, modifications, environmental issues (such as rust), or cosmetic concerns due to general wear and tear. If you have any warranty issues or concern, please reach out and we will work remedy your issues through replacement parts, full product replacement or refund.
Safety Disclosure
Swamp Stick does not condone unsafe use or firearm safety. Our products are not intended as spears and should not be used as such (trust me, we tried and it’s not pretty). When using your swamp stick® to hold your gun, ensure they the soil is stable enough to support it, keep the barrel in pointed in a safe direction, keep your safety on when at all times when not shooting and unloaded when not in use or attended. Swamp stick is not responsible for items falling or accidental discharge due to negligence.
